CogniSleep Disclaimer

It is the intent of Cognisleep to help patients who suffer from insomnia. The program is meant to be used after an initial evaluation by a trained, qualified medical professional. It is not meant to replace or substitute the judgment of a qualified medical professional. Instead, it is supplemental support in the overall management of a patient with insomnia. CogniSleep is a way to re-train your brain, but it cannot cure all sleep disorders, including, but not limited to, sleep apnea, restless leg syndrome, narcolepsy, or depression. These issues must be addressed by a medical or mental health professional. If this program asks you to do anything that has previously been advised against by a medical professional, please contact your healthcare provider before following the program. If during the course of the program you develop any life-threatening conditions, such as suicidal thoughts or other related conditions, please call 988 if you are in the United States.
